ONLINE DBT CLASSES WE PROVIDE
CLIENT SUPPORT
When you learn DBT skills, they become life-long tools you can use to help you navigate difficult situations, handle triggering events, and keep your emotions at bay when life gets tough. Designed as a supplement to weekly therapy, our classes allow you to keep working with your therapist while gaining new skills through hands-on trainings.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our online DBT skill classes will teach you all of the DBT skills over a six-month program, broken in 3 eight-week modules. Each module meets weekly for 8 weeks and is held on Zoom, which is a HIPAA-compliant online platform.

REQUIREMENTS:
You will be required to be in weekly therapy in order to register, and you will be required to remain in therapy for the duration of your time in the DBT class. We will communicate with your therapist before you join and periodically throughout your time in our classes. Due to licensure requirements, only CA state residents are able to participate at this time.
REGISTRATION:
The registration fee for one 8-week session is $600. When you register, you will have the option to pay for the full 8 weeks or to pay in two installments of $300.
THERAPIST PARTNERSHIP
We provide this program to partner with you to help clients who are in need of more support than traditional talk therapy. In addition to the benefits to the client, this program also provides support to therapists who choose to partner with us.
